Whatever Happened to Chris Titan?

From Infictive

There was a boom, a flash.

It was the last cigarette...now several days ago.--Chris Titan 01:20, 5 February 2007 (PST)

Titan enters the tunnels of addiction, withdrawal and the plain old anxiety and unhappiness of everyday life.

Agent Titan took on an assignment tonight. A simple drift to the store for licorice tea, juice, and some st.john's wort blend tincture to take the edge off his jangled nerves. The drift was given a detail by that agency that speaks to the back of the mind of the agent, the detail was to take as many northern streets as possible. During the mission he was about half way there finding that he was on a regular path...then Titan realized he had forgoten the back pack which was going to hold the loot.

Mission Failed! Agent Titan had to immediately return to home-base.

Now the tension was sort of tearing a thin slit down the very center of reality...but Agent Titan steped through the tear focued on the mission.

This time Agent Titan took the street north as far as it would take him. The old fishing pier.

In retrospective Titan failed to step past the chained off road and take first street. But took second street with it Victorian charms...took her deep into the industrial section being forced to pass under the The Mission sign. As he glanced in he would swear he saw an orderly, or someone who looked like he worked in a Hospital dealing with someone. Titan sees the rough back hand to the face and in injection full of some seditive to the alcholic suffering from violent withdrawals. He just wanted out...but once in the mission you are in until the sun rises...and if you resist...they have the nice young men in the clean white coats...

Titan sees the store he has targeted for a retrieval and cash exchange on the other side of a vacant lot that has large fence and barbed wire...he will have to take another block to the west. he sees a very odd niche...an old half hallway...the entire foundations of some old building thorn to the grond but remaingng three feet high.

The entire scene is strange, industrial, gray, derelict automotive shop mystique with long dark alleys...out of which came an individual.

The man spoke to Titan. Titan wearing a brown hoodie and a large coat nodded at the figure but did not make 'utterence'...the figure may have take offence because he let out a rude belch...as if to signify...fuck your then if you are not my friend.

Titan reports this into the agency as a failure, but we are not sure. We think that any contact made in the feild is detrimental. If anything this was to show Agent Titan the he was not invisible in the tunnels.

Agent Titan had begun the advance south that would bring him to his target when this contact took place. Titan choose to travel all the way to the southmost wall of the store and make his turn at the southwest corner. Agent Titan was shocked to find someone standing at this corner and nearly jumped out of his skin. This was the third failure of Agent Titan to master the jagged underworld of unsettled addiction.

You can quit a drug...but how much does it cost you? Can you afford to be wacked out...and jonesing...are you ready...willing...and able...
