The quality of desire determines in what mental path we shall travel, but the degree determines how far we shall travel.
From Infictive
Dumont is rapping pretty hard and you hear your self repeating in your head what he just said a few times.
"The quality of desire determines in what mental path we shall travel, but the degree determines how far we shall travel."
"The quality of desire determines in what mental path we shall travel, but the degree determines how far we shall travel."
"The quality of desire determines in what mental path we shall travel, but the degree determines how far we shall travel."
You wonder with some certainty that this is why the Buddha rolls the dice.
The Buddha told of his time in Infictive County to only his closest students... of the terrible violence of the Βιάζεται βoys who were determined to Kill him and anyone who came down that narrow way they are kicking it on, but the paths had little to do with choice when you played by the dice, and if you tried to keep your life you would lose it...
Jesus came to town as well. Spent 40 days in Infictive County, and came back for three more right after he died; he has a little place out on Lake Crump. He was able to excel at The Game... but we suspect he rigged it that way. Maybe he really was able to lay it down, or, as we say out on the Lake, "throw it up," always at will, with no regard for his self, but only for the greatness of the story.
Dumont was troubled enough to stop talking and trail down a path into Infictive County. I can see him now, wearing that straw hat, his "traveling hat" he calls it.
"Mr. Titan, this place is strange. It takes desire to create and sustain this world but to live in it... with the random flux of dice and limited outcomes amidst seemingly endless paths and outcomes. It boggles my mind."
"Theron! My old friend! It is best to relax and enjoy the sudden clash... as when the pins and the ball meet in a perfect strike."
Mr. Titan smiles and hands him a Taco Pop Energy Soda.
