Opal, a pearly white liquid excreted by a rare clam that lives deep under the ocean. This is pearl shit, mis-directed conctrations of energy and rare algae meal results in a milky drug. Once ultra-rare, now people buy special tanks and the rare clams off of the internet and produce they're own, with packets of algae. You tilt your head back with a dropper of Opel in your hand, a couple of drops into your eye, a suddens sting that somehow feels good, your eye goes all black and then you feel lighter, laugh easier, a caffine feel burst without the shakeyness, and a deeper enjoyment of informercials results.
