Chuck Logos, A K A BrainBeard, A K A Captain Chuck, a pineal pirate who makes a fine living from extracting the pineal fluids out of human victims and selling the substance to high profile politicians, who in turn sell it to aliens. Tells the story of the Axe Game when he is drunk. He was trained as a Navy SEAL and he works for the government in a unofficial capacity. The government would never admit that they employ free lance men to cut American citizens' pineal glands out and sell them to the power elite.
