The Department of Memory (DOM) was formed in the latter half of the 19th century a masonic off-shoot with ties to various royal lineages. DOM was soon grafted onto Her Royal Navy and has conducted discreet international actions since then. DOM is not an official recognized branch of the navy but exists only for a few with proper clearance.
DOM is in possession's of ancient cypher's from the supposed lost city of Mir Badge. It is claimed that these documents provided a thorough training into the secrets of memory and artificial insemination of reality. Those in the know understand that much in life that is remembered is in fact a prefabricated fable.
